Youth ministry is one of the most rewarding—and most challenging—roles in the church. Between balancing relationships with students, parents, and church leadership, while also discipling the next generation, it’s easy to lose focus or get stuck in survival mode.
This cohort, led by Dr. Brad Brittain, creates space for youth pastors to reset, refocus, and restore momentum. Over the course of 9 months, you’ll gain tools for clarity in mission and vision, build systems that multiply leaders, strengthen discipleship pathways, and learn how to lead yourself well for long-term impact.
