T5 Leader Training (Train the Trainer cohort) - Launching March 2026

  • Target Audience: Soul Care staff and key leaders hosting training in their churches
  • Launch: March 2026
  • Duration: 6 months

Purpose:
T5 is our flagship counselor training (20 hours of online instruction) and this cohort helps prepare the church leader who is facilitating the T5 course for their church. You will learn the curriculum and have a mastery of the tools, skills and case wisdom needed to help train your best people to counsel tough cases. You will be able to ask questions, contextualize training to your church, and stay one step ahead of your trainees! The idea is not that you do the T5 training, but that you watch it with your team and help them to apply it in their lives and to those they counsel.


Format:

  • 6 Monthly 90-min calls (teaching + small group application labs)
  • Networks discussion threads & peer resource sharing
  • Final session in August = aligning with fall practicums if trainees need counseling hours at churches
  • Focus: Small group leader development, culture-building, practical strategies, T1-T3
